Twin Oaks Consulting, LLC provided consulting engineering services for Vita Nuova, LLC as part of a 375-acre brownfields redevelopment plan for the City of Ogdensburg, New York.  The work included determining preliminary infrastructure needs for several alternative development plans and then developing cost estimates for each plan.
